You don't need a crisis
to book a session.
People come to us in the middle of things. A promotion that turned out lonelier than expected. A business growing faster than the person running it. A marriage that's fine but quiet. A faith that used to make sense. A season of grief with no obvious end. A decision you've been circling for a year.
You also don't need to have it figured out enough to explain. Bring the messy version. That's the one worth talking about.
What actually happens in a session.
Forty-five minutes, video or phone, with the same person each time. Every session moves the same way, which means you always know what you're walking into.
-
First, your coach listens.
To what's actually going on, not the tidy version you'd give a colleague. You don't have to arrive organized.
-
Then, you sort it together.
Separating what's urgent from what's merely loud. Most of the relief happens right here, before anyone solves anything.
-
By the end, you leave with one thing.
A next step that's yours, not ours. No homework you'll resent, no curriculum to keep up with.
Three steps, and the first one is free.
1. Tell us what's going on.
A few questions, about two minutes. No account, no card.
2. Meet your coach.
We'll suggest two or three people who fit. You choose, and the first 15 minutes are free. Then you decide how you want to work: a single session, a package, or ongoing.
3. Show up, and keep showing up.
Weekly or every other week, with the same coach. Coaching works on repetition, not revelation. The people it works best for are the ones who keep the appointment on the weeks they don't feel like it. You can stop or switch coaches at any time.

Why it costs this little.
Private coaching usually runs several times this, which quietly prices out most of the people who'd get the most from it: the ones already stretched thin, already paying for everything else.
We priced it at $49 because we would rather you come than not. That's the entire reason. There's no upsell waiting at the end of the free call, and nothing you have to buy in bulk to get this rate.
The things people ask before they book.
-
No. Coaching is about what you want to do next and how you get there. If what you're carrying calls for clinical care, we'll tell you that and help you find it. That's a promise, not a disclaimer.
-
Tell us and we'll match you with someone else, at no charge. It happens more than you'd think and nobody takes it personally.
-
Say so on the free call. We'd rather find something that works than lose you over it.
-
Yes. We want you to commit to yourself and to the transformation you want to see.
-
Whatever's loudest. Your coach will take it from there. That's the job, and you're not expected to arrive with an agenda.
-
Most people have their free call within a few days, including evenings and weekends.
Who you'd be talking to.
Every coach does the free 15-minute call, so you can find out whether it clicks before you spend anything.
