Getting help shouldn't be the hard part.
No waitlists, no forms that go nowhere, no algorithm guessing who you need. Here's exactly how getting connected works at Arrowhead.
HOW IT WORKS
Three steps. The first one's free.
Book a free consultation.
Fifteen minutes with someone on our team. Tell us what's going on. No cost, no credit card.
Get matched with the right coach.
A person, not a program, picks your coach based on what you said, what you need and what you can spend. You'll meet them before you commit.
Start, and keep going.
Weekly or every other week, all virtual. Same coach every time. Not clicking? We re-match you at no cost.
PRICING
Coaching that fits your budget.
Sessions start at $49. Price depends on your coach's experience and credentials — Associate, Partner or Premier — and we'll match you within the range you can afford. No insurance, no surprise bills, no long contracts.
One-time sessions
Pay as you go
One decision, one hard week, one conversation you need to have. Book a single 45-minute session with any coach — no plan, no commitment. Come back when you need to.

MEET THE COACHES
The right coach can change everything.
Not because they have the answers, but because they ask better questions than the ones you've been asking yourself at 2 a.m. The right coach notices the pattern you can't see, holds you to what you said you wanted, and doesn't let you shrink it to fit.
That's why we match by hand. A good coach in the wrong pairing is a waste of your time and money. We'd rather take an extra day and get it right.

COACHING, NOT THERAPY
Coaching, not therapy — and why that's the point.
Arrowhead Advising is a coaching practice. We don't provide psychotherapy, diagnose conditions or treat mental illness. Some of our coaches are licensed clinicians, and that training shapes how they listen — but when you work with us, you're in coaching.
Therapy often looks back: where something came from and how to heal it. Coaching looks forward: where you are, where you want to be and what you'll do this week to close the gap. Many people do both.
Momentum.
Every session ends with a next step you chose.
Accountability.
Someone checks in on what you said you'd do.
No diagnosis needed.
You don't need a label or a crisis to start.
Faster access.
No insurance approvals or months-long waitlists.
You lead.
You set the goal. Your coach helps you get there.
We'll tell you the truth.
If what you're carrying calls for therapy or medical care, we'll say so, and help you find it.
Questions, answered.
Still have questions? Ask them on a free consultation.
