With over a decade of experience as a therapist, I bring a deep understanding of human behavior, mental health, and the challenges that come with navigating life transitions. Now, as a life coach, I use that foundation to guide individuals in building clarity, confidence, and resilience.

My approach is both supportive and practical—together we identify what’s holding you back, uncover the root of unhelpful patterns, and create actionable steps toward growth. Whether it’s managing stress, improving your mental health, finding direction in your career, or creating healthier relationships, I believe lasting success comes from aligning your goals with your values.

Virtual Group Coaching

The SHE Collective is a transformative group coaching experience designed to help women reclaim their power, find their voice, and step into their confidence with courage. Over the course of three months, participants will engage in a supportive and empowering environment where they will challenge limiting beliefs, embrace their choices, and cultivate the resilience needed to navigate life’s challenges.

Guided by the Courage, Confidence, and Choice Model, this program provides a structured yet flexible framework that fosters self-discovery, empowerment, and action. Through deep discussions, reflective exercises, and group support, each woman will develop the tools necessary to show up boldly in her life, career, and relationships.
