As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR, I understand how mental health challenges impact every area of life. Now, as a coach, I bring that clinical foundation into a space focused on forward movement, resilience, and building the life you actually want.
