Meet Jeremy Scheiner
Jeremy’s coaching is grounded in collaboration, vulnerability, and continuous learning. He believes no one should navigate their career alone and is passionate about creating open, honest spaces for growth—no matter where someone is in their journey.
He specializes in tactical career coaching, professional development, human capital strategy, and manager development. With over a decade of experience in nonprofits and government, he’s coached everyone from early-career professionals to executives, helping teams and individuals thrive.
Jeremy is also an independent consultant in strategic human capital, with expertise in workforce planning, DEI, talent and leadership development, and change management. He began his career as a 4th grade teacher before moving into civil rights and DEI work—most notably leading training efforts at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and launching the first sexual harassment training for the MA House of Representatives.
As a gay, multi-racial man (Indian and Ashkenazi Jewish) from a multi-faith family, and someone with a history of disability, Jeremy’s lived experiences deeply shape his work. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, baking (ask him about his chocolate chip cookies), gaming, fitness, and exploring new restaurants with loved ones.
